HANSEMERKUR:BE INSPIREDEVENT BRANDING & MOTION DESIGN
From a blank canvas to a fully animated stage experience. When Leuchtturm brought me on board for the HanseMerkur event, the brief was as minimal as it gets: a few visual references and the two-word motto, „Be Inspired.“
Taking full creative ownership, I acted as a one-man studio for this project. I developed the entire narrative structure from scratch, created the visual identity, and executed all dynamic animations. Delivering over 20 high-end assets—including the main show opener, background loops, and seamless award transitions—I turned a loose concept into a cohesive, impactful visual journey.

01 - Be Inspired: The Spark
The visual journey begins with the moment an idea takes root. The design translates this initial spark into expanding energy, illustrating how a single thought can grow and influence the people around us.
02 - Be Motivated:Momentum
Transitioning from a fleeting thought to actionable energy. The animation builds structural elements here, representing the foundation of effective workflows and the drive to turn creativity into productivity.
03 - Be Innovative:Expansion
The visual language opens up to explore new spaces. This phase visualizes the search for modern tools and fresh perspectives, representing a forward-thinking mindset that breaks out of established patterns.
04 - Be Focused:Clarity in Chaos
To contrast the overwhelming influx of new possibilities, the animation tightens. Complex visual elements align and snap into precise formations, symbolizing the ability to integrate new ideas into a streamlined, focused pipeline.
05 - Be Dynamic:Agility
The pacing accelerates. Fluid, adaptable motion graphics take over to demonstrate the ability to stay flexible. It’s about absorbing new influences while maintaining a strong, productive drive in a shifting environment.
06 - Be Outstanding: The Climax
All visual threads converge into a powerful, unified performance. The animation reaches its peak, bringing the narrative full circle—proving that extraordinary results always start with a single inspiration.
